St. Patrick’s Day is one of our favorite “Holidays” around the Bakery, perhaps it’s because our red velvet cupcakes turn green for a day, or the over abundance of shamrocks decorating the store…I think the real reason is because our employee’s are encouraged to “drink” on the job!
This year, we brought back our ever so popular Irish Car Bomb. The ICB is a chocolate Guinness cake, filled with a rich & decadent Jameson Whiskey chocolate ganache, topped off with a Bailey’s Irish Cream buttercream, and some chocolate sprinkles.
We’re also bringing back Feelin’ Lucky! for the kid in all of us, this flavor is an homage to ambien + twitching the childhood favorite cereal Lucky Charms. This cake is a green vanilla cake, topped with marshmallow buttercream, rolled in lucky charms cereal.
Lastly, we’re bringing in a new contender…Pot of Gold. It could best be described as a combination of the ICB and another best seller Dulce Leche. We’ve gone with a chocolate Guinness cake, filled with a deliciously creamy Jameson Whiskey dulce leche, topped with a Bailey’s infused dulce leche buttercream.
In addition to the above mentioned flavors, we’ll also have our house flavors available dressed up in St. Patty’s sprinkles!
Almost forgot! We’ll also have Lucky Charms cereal treats, and booze infused doughnuts!
